About

We are an ELCA parish that has been in the Hollister/Branson community for over 35 years. We began worshipping in 1989 as Peace Lutheran Church in downtown Hollister, MO. We have since grown and have moved to another location in Hollister, overlooking the serene White River Valley, about a 1/2 mile south from Ozark Technical College and about 1 1/2 miles south of College of the Ozarks on historic highway 165. We are active in our Mission Statement to ‘Reach Out to Serve Others in Christian Love’, especially in our community through various organizations such as Gift of Hope, Operation Christmas Child, Elevate Branson, our local school districts and nursing homes, just to name a few. Our current Pastor, Emil Bartos, has been serving our congregation for 24 years. We invite you to join us in our work for the Lord’s kingdom – on Sunday mornings at 9:30. We hope to see you there!
